When Will I Receive My Digital Order?

To check the status of your digital order, please navigate to the Purchases and Reviews section in your Phoenix account. Items that are still being worked on by the seller will be marked as “In Progress.” Once the seller completes your order, you will receive an email containing a link to download your digital files. Additionally, you can access your files by going to Purchases and Reviews and selecting the “Download Files” button. You’ll have the opportunity to provide a review for your purchase after downloading your files.

Estimated Timelines:

  • Fastest: 1-2 hours
  • Slowest: 1 day (24 hours)

Orders will be canceled if they are not shipped within 2×24 hours (2 days). Funds will be automatically refunded if the seller does not process the order.

I Bought a Digital Product, but I Don’t Have an Phoenix Account

If you purchase instant digital downloads as a guest, you will find a link to download your files in the receipt email sent to you after the purchase.

For digital items created on demand, they will be delivered once the seller completes them. If you no longer have access to the email account you used for the initial purchase, please contact Phoenix directly so that we can assist in requesting the seller to resend the order. I Want a REFUND or I Want to CANCEL My Digital Item

On the digital item listing page, you will notice that digital listings cannot be refunded or canceled. Refunds only apply to orders that have not been delivered. It’s advisable to first discuss the issue with the seller to find a solution to the problem you are facing. Another possible solution might be a replacement item of similar value if the product you ordered cannot be used.
